How It's Made
1. Design
First, you share your vision with us. Send us pictures or sketches of desired styles, choose from our selection of sheepskins, and suggest any modifications you'd like to see. We can help you decide on colors, patterns, and trim to produce your exclusive garment.
2. Pattern
The wide-open loft space of the showroom -- that's where the magic starts happening. Our experienced pattern-maker creates the pattern for your unique measurements and preferences, making sure we always achieve the best fit for your individual figure and style.
3. Materials
You can select from the materials we have available, or bring in your own. We only work with authentic genuine materials: real leather, exotic skins and luscious furs. No faux- leather here. We order all the proper zippers and labels, along with the different types of lining required.
4. Cutting & Construction
Once all the fabric is cut and ready to go, we'll hand it off to the sewers. All the custom-made garments are sewn in Brooklyn by our artisans who have years of rare experience working with challenging materials like leather and fur.
5. Finishing & Quality Control
The final creation is inspected to ensure flawless execution and shipped to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?
Because each custom jacket requires a unique pattern and custom materials, we are unable to offer returns on custom orders.
Can my custom jacket be altered?
Your invoice will include details discussed about your jacket, including materials, measurements, and design. In the event that the final jacket does not meet the standards described in the invoice, we can offer complimentary alterations. Otherwise, we can offer alterations for a fee.
