Colors: This custom jacket can be crafted from any of the sheepskin materials featured on our Sheepskin Samples page. Colors that are listed as unavailable are to display the model jacket only, they do not reflect the sheepskin colors that are in stock. View the sheepskin samples page for photos of the available colors.
Details: Additional customizations can be made to jacket details like pockets, hood, zippers, and more.
Custom fit: We can ensure a perfect fit if you send us your chest, shoulders, and sleeves measurements.

All custom orders are made in our workshop in Brooklyn, NY. Choose your model, color, and details, and your custom jacket will be made in 14 days!
Return policy
All custom orders are non-refundable. All products made with exotic materials and most products made with sheepskin furs are considered custom orders and therefore are non-refundable.
You may return non-custom items purchased online for size, fit, or style reasons within 30 days of when the item was shipped. This includes leather jackets and sheepskin styles #5000, #4400, and #6110.
Items must be in NEW condition. Items cannot be returned if worn, damaged, altered or washed.
All packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with your returned item/s.

Shipping
Where do you ship?
- Our shipping rates are for the United States only.
- Orders originating outside these countries must contact us for order placement and a shipping quote (if available).
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes. A valid physical street address is required for all orders.
- We do ship to military bases via USPS. You must place your order via phone (toll-free) at (718)-499-1243 (M-F 9 am – 5 pm EST).
When will my order ship?
- Orders received before 1 pm EST will generally ship the same day if the product in stock.
- Orders received after 1 pm EST will generally ship on the next business day if the product in stock.
- Custom order will generally ship in 10 to 14 days
- Shipping times: Shipping time depends on your delivery address.
- Standard ground shipping is usually 1-6 business days.
- All orders ship from New York.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation including your tracking number once your order leaves the distribution center.
What are the shipping costs?
- Shipping rates are available in your shopping cart prior to purchase.
- In some circumstances, extra charges are needed for international shipping and/or special requests. You will be contacted if there are any extra shipping charges.
