Return policy
All custom orders are non-refundable. All products made with exotic materials and most products made with sheepskin furs are considered custom orders and therefore are non-refundable.
You may return non-custom items purchased online for size, fit, or style reasons within 30 days of when the item was shipped. This includes leather jackets and sheepskin styles #5000, #4400, and #6110.
Items must be in NEW condition. Items cannot be returned if worn, damaged, altered or washed.
All packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with your returned item/s.

Shipping
Where do you ship?
- Our shipping rates are for the United States only.
- Orders originating outside these countries must contact us for order placement and a shipping quote (if available).
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes. A valid physical street address is required for all orders.
- We do ship to military bases via USPS. You must place your order via phone (toll-free) at (718)-499-1243 (M-F 9 am – 5 pm EST).
When will my order ship?
- Orders received before 1 pm EST will generally ship the same day if the product in stock.
- Orders received after 1 pm EST will generally ship on the next business day if the product in stock.
- Custom order will generally ship in 10 to 14 days
- Shipping times: Shipping time depends on your delivery address.
- Standard ground shipping is usually 1-6 business days.
- All orders ship from New York.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation including your tracking number once your order leaves the distribution center.
What are the shipping costs?
- Shipping rates are available in your shopping cart prior to purchase.
- In some circumstances, extra charges are needed for international shipping and/or special requests. You will be contacted if there are any extra shipping charges.
